Introduction
Room Vision Pro ("we," "our," or "the App") is developed by Muhammad Sulman Gull. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and protected when you use our iOS application.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Room Vision Pro is designed with a privacy-first approach — your personal data stays on your device whenever possible.
Information We Collect
Photos and Camera Data
Room Vision Pro allows you to capture photos using your device camera or select existing photos from your photo library. These images are used to generate AI-powered room redesign suggestions.
- Room photos you provide are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
- Photos are not uploaded to our servers. Only a text-based description (room type and interior style) is sent to the image generation service to produce redesign suggestions.
- Generated redesign images are also stored locally on your device.
Automatically Collected Information
The App does not collect any of the following:
- Names, email addresses, or account credentials
- Location data
- Contacts or address book information
- Health or fitness data
- Financial or payment information
- Advertising identifiers
- Analytics or usage statistics
Web View Data
Room Vision Pro may load a web-based interface via an embedded browser (WebView). Standard web technologies such as cookies and local storage may be used by the web application to maintain session state. This data is stored locally on your device and is not shared with us.
Third-Party Services
Room Vision Pro communicates with the following third-party services:
Image Generation API (Pollinations.ai)
- We send text prompts only (room type, style preference) to Pollinations.ai to generate redesigned room images.
- Your photos are never sent to this service.
- Pollinations.ai's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy: pollinations.ai
Remote Configuration (Techoship.com)
- The App fetches configuration data from techoship.com to determine feature availability.
- No personal data is transmitted in this request.
Web Application (Replit)
- The App may load a web application hosted on replit.app for additional functionality.
- Any data processed through the web application is governed by the web application's own privacy practices.
Data Storage and Security
- All user data (photos, generated images, design history) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
- Data is stored within the App's private sandboxed container and is not accessible to other apps.
- We do not operate servers that store your personal data.
- You can delete any saved designs at any time from within the App's history screen.
Data Sharing
We do not:
- Sell your personal data to third parties
- Share your data with advertisers
- Use your data for cross-app tracking
- Transfer your data to data brokers
Your Rights and Choices
You have full control over your data:
- Camera Access — You can grant or revoke camera permission at any time in iOS Settings.
- Photo Library Access — You can grant or revoke photo library permission at any time in iOS Settings.
- Delete Data — You can delete individual design records from the history screen within the App.
- Delete All Data — Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device.
Children's Privacy
Room Vision Pro does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The App does not require account creation or collect identifying information from any user.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
