Business process automation: systems that run operations for you

Scheduled jobs, reminders, payouts and reports that run your operations without anyone watching — like the 28 jobs behind a staffing marketplace.

Starting from
$2,000
Per process automated.
Typical timeline
1–4 weeks per process

The most valuable automation is often invisible. Our hospitality staffing platform runs on twenty-eight scheduled jobs that keep the marketplace moving without anyone watching it. Our local discovery platform sends weekly digests, analytics and monthly summaries on its own.

We look at the work your team repeats every day — chasing, reminding, reconciling, reporting, copying data between systems — and build reliable automation for it, with logs and alerts so you know it ran.

What you get

  • Process review: what to automate first, and what it saves
  • Scheduled jobs, reminders and follow-ups
  • Automated reports and digests
  • Payment, invoicing and payout automation
  • Integrations between your existing systems
  • Monitoring, logs and failure alerts

How we work

  1. 1

    Free scoping call

We talk through what you are building, who it is for and what has to be true on day one. You leave with a recommended approach and a budget range.

  2. 2

    Map the process

We document how the work is done today and where the time goes.

  3. 3

    Written plan and fixed quote

Screens, features and integrations written down in plain language, with a fixed price and timeline for the first release — so there are no surprises.

  4. 4

    Automate in stages

The highest-value step first, running alongside the manual process until it is trusted.

  5. 5

    Monitor and hand over

Dashboards and alerts, plus documentation your team can follow.

Frequently asked questions

Custom code or a no-code tool?

No-code tools like n8n, Zapier and Make are faster to set up for connecting SaaS apps. Custom code is better for high volume, complex logic or anything that is core to your product. We do both and will recommend the cheaper option that does the job.

What happens when an automation fails?

It tells you. Every automation we build logs what it did and alerts someone when it fails, rather than silently stopping.

Do I own the code?

Yes. You own the source code, designs and accounts from day one — repositories, app store listings and cloud projects are set up in your name, not ours.
