Validation sprint: test your app idea before you build it
In one week, turn your idea into a clickable prototype, a written plan and a fixed quote — for $1,000, credited against the build if you go ahead.
- Starting from
- $1,000
- Credited in full against your build if you go ahead within 60 days.
- Typical timeline
- 5–7 working days
Most first-time founders are asked to commit thousands before they have seen anything. A validation sprint flips that: for a small, fixed fee you get something you can put in front of users, co-founders or investors within a week, and a clear answer on what the real build would cost.
We start with a working session on your idea, cut it down to the one journey that proves it, and design that journey as a clickable prototype. You leave with a written plan any developer could quote from — and a fixed quote from us.
If you go ahead with us within 60 days, the full fee is credited against your build. If you don't, you keep everything.
What you get
- A 90-minute working session on your idea
- The core user journey, mapped screen by screen
- A clickable prototype you can test on a phone
- A written plan: features, screens and integrations
- A technology recommendation in plain language
- A fixed price and timeline for your MVP
How we work
- 1
Working session
We go through your idea, your users and what has to be true on day one — and agree the one journey worth proving first.
- 2
Prototype
We design that journey as a clickable prototype you can tap through on your phone and show to real people.
- 3
Plan and quote
You get the written plan and a fixed quote for the MVP, walked through on a call.
- 4
Your decision
Build with us and the fee is credited, take the plan elsewhere, or stop there — all three are fine.

Frequently asked questions
What if I don't build with you afterwards?
You keep the prototype and the written plan. They are detailed enough for any developer to quote from, so the sprint is useful whoever builds your app.
How does the credit work?
If you start your build with us within 60 days of the sprint, the full sprint fee comes off the build price.
Do I need designs or a technical background?
No. An idea and a clear sense of who it is for is enough. Turning that into screens and a plan is what the sprint is for.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before you share anything sensitive. It is also why the case studies on this site describe clients by sector rather than by name.
