SaaS platform development: web consoles, APIs and the apps around them

Multi-sided SaaS platforms with a Next.js console, NestJS backend, Stripe billing and the scheduled automation that keeps them running.

Console, API, accounts and billing. Fixed quote after a free scoping call.
Typical timeline
8–14 weeks to a first release

A SaaS product is the console your customers log into, plus everything underneath it: accounts and roles, billing, an API, background jobs and the admin tools you need to run the business. Our hospitality staffing platform runs its whole operational cycle — vetting, shifts, timesheets, ratings and payouts — on that kind of foundation.

We build for the second year, not just the launch: clear data models, role-based access, audit trails where they matter, and backends that have survived real migrations.

What you get

  • Web console in Next.js
  • Backend API in NestJS or Python
  • Accounts, teams and role-based permissions
  • Stripe subscriptions, invoicing and payouts
  • Scheduled jobs, reminders and reports
  • Admin tools for your own team
  • Mobile companion apps if you need them

How we work

  1. 1

    Free scoping call

We talk through what you are building, who it is for and what has to be true on day one. You leave with a recommended approach and a budget range.

  2. 2

    Written plan and fixed quote

Screens, features and integrations written down in plain language, with a fixed price and timeline for the first release — so there are no surprises.

  3. 3

    Data model and architecture

The entities, roles and billing model are agreed first — they are expensive to change later.

  4. 4

    Build in weekly increments

A staging environment you can log into from week one.

  5. 5

    Launch and scale

Production infrastructure, monitoring and a handover.

Frequently asked questions

Can you add billing to our platform?

Yes — subscriptions, usage-based billing, invoicing and marketplace payouts with Stripe, including the webhooks and reconciliation that make billing reliable.

Can you support single sign-on for enterprise customers?

Yes. Our AI project management platform uses Microsoft Azure AD single sign-on, so an organisation's existing identity and offboarding apply.

Do I own the code?

Yes. You own the source code, designs and accounts from day one — repositories, app store listings and cloud projects are set up in your name, not ours.

What happens after launch?

We fix anything that was ours to get right at no charge, then offer ongoing support and development on a monthly basis if you want it. Nothing locks you in: the code is documented and yours to take elsewhere.
